(a)High School Equivalency Program. The High School Equivalency Program
(HEP)is designed to assist persons who are eligible under § 206.3---to obtain the equivalent of a secondary school diploma and subsequently to gain employment or be placed in an institution of higher education
(IHE)or other postsecondary education or training.
(b)College Assistance Migrant Program. The College Assistance Migrant Program
(CAMP)is designed to assist persons who are eligible under § 206.3---who are enrolled or are admitted for enrollment on a full-time basis in the first academic year at an IHE.
